Limits are ceilings, so nothing is billed for going over. New work waits; what your visitors load keeps loading.
You buy from Creem, our merchant of record in Tallinn. Prices include VAT; EU businesses with a VAT number pay reverse-charged. Card payments can run on Stripe (US) under EU standard contractual clauses.
Half price for nonprofits and open source.
Registered nonprofits, NGOs and open-source projects pay half on any yearly plan. We answer within two business days.

Do you charge per team member?
No. Pro and Scale have unlimited members at one flat price, so a team of ten on Pro pays €19 a month where a $20-a-seat plan costs $200. Free and Starter are for one person.
Is the free plan a trial?
No, it is permanent. One site with a custom domain, no time limit and no card.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period. Cancel from your settings; the plan runs to the end of the period, with no fee.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a paid plan is not right for you, ask within the first 14 days and you get the full amount back. After that, cancelling takes effect at the end of the period.
Why is single sign-on on every plan?
Because it is a security baseline, not an upsell. Every plan, Free included, can connect the team's own OpenID Connect provider. It is in beta and tested against Keycloak and Authentik.
How single sign-on worksWhere is my data?
Files, builds and form submissions are stored and processed by Scaleway in Paris, and delivered by Bunny.net, which is headquartered in Slovenia. A data processing agreement covers every plan.
