Is Vercel GDPR compliant?

Vercel offers a data processing agreement and lets you run functions in EU regions. The company, and every subprocessor it names, is headquartered in the US. Every company we contract to process your data is headquartered in the EU; card payments in our billing provider's chain can run on Stripe, under standard contractual clauses.

Can I move a Next.js site from Vercel?

Yes, if it builds to static files with output: 'export'. Server rendering, ISR, middleware and Vercel's image optimisation need a server, so a Next.js app that relies on them is better off staying where it is.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Pro and Scale have unlimited members at one flat price. Vercel Pro charges $20 a month for each seat that deploys; viewer seats there are free.

Does deploybase run functions?

Yes, in beta on paid plans. A JavaScript or TypeScript file in functions/ answers at its own HTTPS hostname after your next production deploy. Server rendering works for Astro only, through our adapter (beta). There is no edge middleware.

Yes, on every plan, Free included, over OpenID Connect, and in beta. Vercel sells SAML single sign-on as a $300 a month add-on to Pro. If you need SAML today, Vercel has it and we do not.

For a static site, close to it. Bunny.net serves your files from edge locations worldwide, so visitors outside Europe also get them from nearby. For server-rendered pages there is nothing to compare: we do not render on the server.
